COLONIALISM REPARATION

So that colonialisms of yesterday and today are not repeated tomorrow

Reconciliation

Reconciliation with the past can develop from the condemnation of colonialism.

The truth on this historical period can be established by recognizing one's behaviour as criminal.

If accompanied from a widespread information campaign, this allows to finally gain awareness of what has happened in that dark period and to lay the foundations for a deep reconciliation of the population of the colonizing nations, struck by the atrocities committed by their own ancestors.

All of this would bring to overcome that diffused mixture of collective removal and racism formed because of the colonial policies of the past centuries, creating the conditions for the presentation of apologies to the colonized nations.
